I found the self-serve amenities station very useful. It had face creams. the spa was quiet. the hotel location was calm and near many restaurants.

The subway station was a 7-minute walk away. This was slightly longer than i wanted.

The front desk staff was not very helpful. I wanted to extend my stay one additional night. Staff were not able to organize it. The room was also very small. I needed to deconstruct a table to have room to put my bags somewhere.

the hotel is new and very well kept! the location is near the quieter side of shinsaibashi and it is only a 20 min walk along the shopping street to dotonbori. i walked about 9 min from different subway stations. the shower area in the room was quite spacious by japanese standards. it was an overall great stay!

the room was smaller than other places i have stayed! even rooms in tokyo were bigger. there was barely any room to move around in the room so that was a bummer.

this hotel is located very close to shops and the train station, i found the location ideal for exploring. i could easily walk to the lively dotonbori area or access several subway stations for further destinations. it's a convenient spot!
